so who is scs? scs is singapore computer systems which is now a branch of NCS. more than a decade ago, there was internal fighting for power which was divided into 2 factions. old guards vs the young and energetic. now the chief of old guard faction is the CEO of Stratech, and the other, is unknown....and the best part was that the fighting was escalated to the PM's wife.

i am driving a point that it's better to be with old guards in corporate politics. and looking at so many screw ups left by smrt's previous CEO. i can't stop from believing that one day, smrt will be another branch of SBS or ST.
