The best part is that in Jan this year , 1,604 sq ft five-room, loft unit in Punggol Sapphire was sold for $910,888-a record high for Punggol!.
With the 70% , I 'm not surprised-paying to see the two huge fires from the chimneys and inhale the industrial pollutants from Pasir Gudang .

I believe they have placed a oil boom to contain the pollution, and pump it up to be disposed in a proper manner. It will be difficult to charge the culprit unkess caught in the act.

Residents of Punggol should stay put in Punggol instead of starting a panic. And oppies should shut up instead of inflaming the matter. Please keep your mouths shut if you have nothing constructive to add to the situation. Grassroots leaders are on the ground to reassure the residents.
