It takes at least ten members and two months to register a party. Too late for that in the game for that now.

I think he'll pop up himself in an SMC. I don't think he has a team enough for a GRC.

His former RP comrades mostly with NSP, should be natural path for him to take. I understand WP won't take last minute candidates, especially defectors from other parties.
