What does BAN mean?

It is just nothing but a childish measure to stage a false threshold to let the Coward and Incompetent govt feel a false sense of security. When people have feuds they have to settle them for once and for all, stalling the feuds for temporary false state of peace and orderliness helps no one but prolong the incompetent rulers to pretend harmony and perfect governance.

Arbitrary falsification of harmony is no solution. It is just a very thin layer good looking paint covering a significant depth of corrosion and rots and foul feuds. That is bluff!
