It seems it's the problem of the xray proxy tunnel mode. However, other websites can be accessed, and I also can access this site using gecko based browser even if I use this tunnel mode.

Things are getting really complicated nowadays and because of the recent hacks things have been reconfigured in cloudflare which is what I am using to protect the site. I'll fiddle with the various parameters to see if it makes any difference but try as I may I have not been able to replicate what you are seeing on brave.

ICMP routing policy. I had set it to "direct". Currently, I set it to "rule", which is the default settings
