Why some bosses deliberately find fault with capable subordinates?

That bald midget spends an average of 4 hours in the office per day, and claims to be at external meetings the rest of the time. Yet he does not allow his subordinates to WFH.
His grandfather’s office or he behave like it is his grandfather’s office? Such lazy fuck should wack up to any HR unhappy abt him
 
I left the company after finding another job with a boss who appreciates me far more. That former ugly bald boss is perhaps the most insecure person I have ever encountered.
Got far more er Xin ones I have seen mainly CECA bosses who target Sinkies and other CECAs until they leave for gd.or a simple they don’t like each other face n make people to leave. Plenty of immature and insecure brats at work

Reminds me of this client I deal with. Went to her office and she was cursing loudly at her own supervisor who can’t do anything because their big boss is the big foul mouth client’s relative. Hated to deal with all of them.
