why so many fires ???

Officers from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) are trying to put out a fire at Blk 27 Marine Crescent, which started at about 10am on Saturday.

Eyewitnesses at the scene told The Straits Times that they saw thick, black smoke billowing out of the 10th floor unit and the glass windows cracking as the fire raged on.

Firefighting operations are still ongoing...

why so many fires from hdb flats?

I thought thos days attap houses are more vulnerable....we read about solid HDB flats on fire!!!
