Town Councils should be watering plants and fertilising plants .

Stupid town councils sending in people to cut grass and trees when grass are already dried out . What is there to cut .

Area office has surplus maintenance fund, therefore must spend all, if not next year will have budget cut, the reduction of maintenance fund makes maintenancing more difficult.
