1. The Terrorist IRGC laughed at PrezTrump's attempts to save Humankind by preventing weapon supplies to the heavily depleted equipment Terrorist IRGC units whose aim is to wipe out Humankind.
2. PreTrump had been kind - with just a naval blockade to ships moving to Iran ports instead of shutting down ALL power plants and oil production facilities for their continued missile attacks upon other Nations. However trade in this modern century does not rely on shipping alone, but from air and even overland rail systems as well as porous land borders.
3. Thus, for a truly effective blockade, TOTAL air, land and sea Iranian facilities MUST be destroyed, to save Humankind, and with NO NEED to appeal to other terrorist loving Nations to stop their nefarious actions, and better spend their own efforts at looking after their own countries which is on the cusp of total rebellion.
4. Majority of the Persians would had long fled to the border towns. What's left are those insane IRGC units and their supporters. As the terrorist IRGC factions had ALREADY CONTINUOUSLY bombed Gulf Nations civilian infrastructures and civilians, there is no question of Geneva rules of engagement or be even asked, to save Humankind.
