Why is there a road named after Ho Ching?

Could be coincidence, but still looks really bad, they should have changed the name of the road. But which famous singaporean is also named Ho Ching, such that a road is named after them.

The roads in that area were named after the children of a chinese philanthropist.... sorry I cannot remember his name..... paiseh left school many many years ago and gave back to history teacher liao. :o
