I will vote the PAP for the first time if the PAP promises to:

- increase the current total population to 8 million as soon as possible
- increase the GST from 7% to 10% before GE 2016
- increase the percentage of Indian Singaporeans to 30%; decrease the percentage of Chinese Singaporeans to 10%; increase the percentage of Malay-Muslims favoring wearing the tudung to 30%
- ensure 95% of PMET jobs go to foreign talents
- increase public transport fares by at least 80%
- ruling elite and the ultra-rich are allowed to have as many children as possible; one-child policy to apply to middle class and the so-called needy families

I agree. PAP doing the above for the benefits of Singapore and they shall report this in their manifesto

PAP has done a good job so far, it's been 50 years and the results are plain to see.

Personally I grew up in a 1 room flat in blk 170 Toa Payoh, father is a hardcore criminal, social workers came to my HSE to ask why I didn't attend school when my parents didn't register. I flunked my O levels. Worked as a telephone operator, bell hop, sales assistant.
I took up a Diploma in Sales and Marketing with MIS 80% subsided by the govt, progressed in my sales assistant job to sales supervisor, branch manager.
Today I am a successful property agent. All this would not be possible for someone with no connections like me if not for the successful policies of PAP which allowed me to change my life when my attitude changed and was willing to work up and upgrade at the age of 23.

Recently in the past 10 years, there were things that needed addressing and I am happy that PAP is showing signs that they are willing to listen and willing to modify.

You give too much credit to the PAP and choose to be blind to their serious flaws. Those serious flaws are killing sinkapore slowly. We are not oil-rich, so we don't have the resources to support half of our population to be foreigners.
Your happiness will end as soon as the property market crashes. Of course, you don't believe that will happen as your faith in the PAP is so strong. Good luck to you.
