Not literally, but why didn't Goh Meng Seng control his new recruits, and let her steal all the limelight? Feels as if he doesn't have real power as a Secretary General in NSP.

Why Goh Meng Seng allow Nicole Seah climb all over him?

NSP has a Presidential system, just like UMNO/MCA. The boss is President Sebastian Teo, not General of the Armies (minus 10 ranks) Goh Meng Seng
He's no longer the S-G... Hazel Poa is.
But ya, NSP still has some serious leadership issues.
I feel that Nicole Seah is starting to allow her popularity to get into her head, making her believe that she can do anything, but in truth she is still a political newbie. Unfortunately she doesn't have anyone good around to guide her (who would have told her that endorsing TJS would be a very bad idea), and probably won't unless she seeks guidance from people in WP or SPP.

In the 1st place, she shouldnt join NSP at all, and if she's talented, WP would have rope her in.
So in conclusion, she's above average, she's an AE, she can do presentations and such, anybody can do it if you have confidence.

Anyone who can have 100k+ likes on facebook and not a celebrity should have strong support. NS is not like our Tans for PE2011, only TJS got 13k plus votes with TCB coming in close but TT below 10k and TKL below 4k.

Nicole joined NSP because of the whole group of ex-RP members who were anti-Kenneth.
The ringleaders were Tony Tan (not the President), Hazel Poa and Jeannette Chong Aruldoss. They quit due to differences with Kenneth, and around 15-20 members quit with them. They pledged to stay together as a group no matter what party they joined. They were in discussions with Chiam's SPP as well before deciding on NSP. Nicole was one of the group.

Although Nicole is young, but she is an adult. Hazel is now the SG and it is up to her to do whatever necessary. Maybe Nicole doesn't feel that she needs any guidance at all.
