I seriously think one of the conditions to help them is that all the adults must undertake compulsory sterilization surgery. It's obvious to anyone that their predicament is caused by over-reproduction.
The second condition is that all of them should start to learn how to eat pork. Pork is very nutritious for their fragile bodies, especially kids.
When they have accepted these two conditions, we can consider letting them live in worker dormitories and train them as construction workers. We could even have a Rohingya battalion in the SAF, which prides itself on employing cheap labour.
