The channels are not working! The channels you refer to are used for PAP's political purpose, not to promote a better community.
I like to see some fire, big ones that will lead to international news agency coverage...than we will have a true national conversation on the usefulness of RC, CCC and PA.

The channels are working fine. You can't blame the system if the neighbours involved are to arrogant or petty to settle their differences in a civil manner.
