1) Why would anyone purchase a property in the midst of Jalan Besar and Serangoon Rd?

a copy of the new paper story of the drugs bust

a fellow owner put those pics up with notes reminding people of safety and asking them to shut the gate behind them

this 2nd bloody ang mo tenant scrawled on his notes and said :

she has lived here since day one and her unit has never been broken into (we replied owner landlord of course will never tell)
the drugs bust story, according to her, (oct2012) was more than a year ago (cannot do maths)



a common case of foreigners knowing more than the locals....
she has been coorected with the facts, but obviously doesn't accept or not happy,

she has now started throwing the note s into the dustbin
these notes are attached to brochure holders or stuck to bookends for the practical reason that they stand up

and as a tenant, she now starts to destroy other people's property

I have neighbours who think its cool to plaster our lifts with notices telling everybody what they dislike. Weird enough, they are Singaporeans. I don't see my indian and chinese neighbours littering like that.

There are channels to solve issues with your neighbours. Pasting shit on common property is not one of them, it actually adds fuel to the fire. In my case, the fire spread to many more neighbours because a lot of them didn't like all those notices posted everywhere, they are not interested in the issues that other residents have with each other. The channels are not working! The channels you refer to are used for PAP's political purpose, not to promote a better community.
I like to see some fire, big ones that will lead to international news agency coverage...than we will have a true national conversation on the usefulness of RC, CCC and PA.
