Which PAP Ministers/MPs will Ask or Be Asked to Retire?

Is Lim Boon Heng still a PAP MP ?
The last time we heard of him he is a minister without portfolio
in the PMO ?
All these PAP members really good in taking cover or undercover !

He is actually a retired MP and retired ministar.
Unlike Raymond, MBT, GCT etc who are not retired as MPs.
