In the case of Mandarin Gardens aka "Mumbai Gardens", the S'poreans and expats wrestled control of the management committee back from CECAs, who tried to create their own Little India inside that condo. When the interests of S'poreans are threatened, we will fight back. However, if there is a traitor from within like the local govt, it will be impossible to put CECAs in their place.
