Last time, my insurance's changes of beneficiaries was done at the Insurance's office and need two witnesses.
I used the insurance's customer service officers as witnesses.
if its a complicated insurance matter, sorry, i am not sure.
.
HDB is a very complicated matter due to its changes in policies.
perhaps, she can firstly check with HDB Legal Dept for a basic understanding.
Moreover, at HDB Hub in toa payoh, there are many Law firms.
I tink their prices are about the same.

about the flat..............she stay with old hubby but plan to will her half of the flat to someone in case she mati mah................

Only need lawyer for changing the will I believe.. CPF and insurance don't need, just go down to the office/bank and say that you wanna change.
