I am talking about the real ice wine like the Canadian Type where the workers go out in the middle of the night at minus 8 degrees and pluck the grape off the vine. looking to celebrate my Christmas with some nice Ice Wine. Canadian Wine is described by those in F&B industry as the "Joke of the industry." If not for labelling their vineyard products as Ice Wine, nodbody, including the Canucks themselves would ever purchase their wine. Its a nation of beer drinkers! And pot smokers! Here in Singapore, people drink beer, and expensive wine, I can't say which brand, I drink beer, and avoid anything "expsensive." Merry Christmas!
