When to buy HDB property?

in 1990 he said you bought his HDB property for say $100,000 and in 2010 worth $200,000. It doubled twice. It is a 10 yr risk.

Keep it for another 10 yrs in 2020 it doubled to $400K. Add another 10 yr risk = 20 yrs risk.

In 2010, you bought his HDB for $200,000 and in 2020 will worth $400,000. It doubled twice the same but your risk is 10 yrs, not 20 yrs.

Buy in 2020 the same property will worth $800,000 in 2030. Why buy now when you can buy in 2020?

Same loan interest, same use your CPF, same HDB property same 10 yrs risk factor.

Average income must hit min $100k/family.
So ask your self will Sg income hit $100k in next 10 year???
