Hahahah. So many of such cases. Some still pending and a few quietly settled amongst themselves. Govt laughing to bank. All these property agents are like second hand car agents or durian sellers . All full of sh!t. They would even sell off their mother if given a good price. To them property price would never drop. And always have loopholes. Now all in shit as property prices crashing due to Govt clamping down and worst ever oil crises. Hahaha.
