For me, fishball noodles, chicken/pork porridge and Chinese rojak.
 
when sick, don't take anything chicken. Chicken is considered energy booster. Only take when you are recovering stage.

chicken boost the virus/ germs and make you sick longer.

Pork OK with porridge recommended. For taste add some kiam chai (salted veggies) into the porridge. Cut or julienne ginger into porridge for taste and also good for release stomach hong.

wen recovering, appetite cums back ... me oso got urge 2 eat fishbol soup ... wif rice vercimelli ...

when i'm sick, i like my teochew muey best, with some giam herh, giam nerng, bueh chai, olam, sotong kwey, and some hoozoo. shiok to the max.
