On fruity thing, thought some GPs advocate no citrus like oranges (phelgm)? On tropical fruits, anyone did the no-no on durians with beer or guiness?

Hahahah. WIthout abalone, harder for me to recover!

No GP has ever told me to avoid orange. Just eat as many fruits as possible. I avoid tropical fruits because heaty to me.

I hear durians with coke is even more powderful than durians with guiness!

Thanks to the PAP, Singaporeans are so healthy that they do not fall sick at all..even if they do, they will recovered in a matter of seconds.

For me, fishball noodles, chicken/pork porridge and Chinese rojak.
