We know who the vendors are. The problem is design. Why put attap houses on the roofs ?

I think they need the solar panels to be not too near the floor, for whatever reason.

And additional business for the cronies to set up that aluminium structure.

The solar panels only good for maybe 5 hours Max daytime. That is fed to the grid and compensated by grid giving back to HDB at night to light up the corridors. I doubt if there is enough to power the lifts from those panels.

It's all good if you can demonstrate to your Davos masters that you are an obedient good boy in the anti-carbon cult.

The rising height is necessary because our bca laws state the checking of roof concrete slab every 5 years is necessary. minor repair or minor waterproofing is make possible.
