What will happen to Prime and Plus HDB in future?​

what will happen when all the prime and plus blocks are after MOP, new blocks are all prime and plus?

The people who live in prime hdb, if they wanna move to a condo, they will sell the hdb. Which type of buyers are going to pay for resale with 14k income ceiling? If there are limited buyers, the seller would have to sell it with very little margin.

Why we are seeing a lot of million dollar transaction now? Are the older resale flats before Prime scheme also subject to income restriction?
