What's the BEST food you ever ate?

Beef steaks. Nothing can compare with Kobe beef. I was once taken to a restaurant in Tokyo by a business contact and had the opportunity to sample ordinary beef, US Prime and Kobe. The difference was very obvious even against US prime, both in taste and in tenderness.

I never had that but the people who've had desribed it as so heavenly. Well, maybe one day (under company's expense) still might get to try.

Cheers!

After NS, I was dead broke and working part-time nights and studying full-time days. Most days I would skip lunch and for dinner I would pack a bun with luncheon meat and lettuce from home.

One night I decided to pamper myself and bought a pack of Myojo tom-yam noodles and a small can of Narcisscus spiced pork cubes. And I sat down to the most unforgettable and delicious meal of my life.

I suppose it is the circumstances of the meal that make it memorable and satisfying.

I had a college mate who lived on instant noodles most of the time. Just before graduation, he told me he doens't know whether to hate or to love them - hate them because he ate them almost everday, love them because he woudn't have been able to pull though w/o instant noodles.

Cheers!

I once tried this dish called ' Mongol Tau Foo' from a zhi cha stall opposite SGH (same side as Spottiswoode Park).

Don't know how they cook it, Tau Foo can taste like mashed potato. Damn bloody tasty.

Crab Meat fried kway teow at Coffee Stars Wisma Atria - go try you won't regret, don't try you will regret

authentic German Pork Knuckle takes time to make, and is delicious with mustard.
The ones sold in tourist spots in Schwarzwald are American influenced short-cut.

Not sure how the Germans can eat the salt-seasoned boiled version.

best pork knuckle in Dusseldorf........... hide crunch; fat melts in mouth & meat still juicy..... not cheap though & it comes in 2 kg size

Anyone thinks that human flesh could have tasted like pork ? You have got 6 billions on earth. Just a thought here.

Saba fish from korean cuisine at united square food court.
Must try if you happen to be there.

I can only guess from the mortuary, human cooked would taste like pork. That's because the mortuary smells like a pork slaughterhouse. Also there was recorded in the Spring & Autumn Era, a prince was on the run with some aides. The prince fell ill on the way and one of the aides decided that he needed soup with meat to recuperate. They had no meat in the middle of wilderness. So the aide sliced off some of his own thigh to cook it and pass it off as pork soup to the prince. The prince didn't notice the difference until much later another told him the truth.

Neanderthals Are Believed To Have Practiced Cannibalism

Here, it says ... Fiji ?

Cannibalism (from Spanish canibal, in connection with cannibalism among the Antillean Caribs) is the act or practice of humans eating other humans. The eating of human flesh is also known as anthropophagy, from Greek: anthropos, "human being"; and phagein, "to eat".

While taken as a synonym for human cannibalism, this term also applies when a non-human life-form consumes human flesh.

In zoology, the term cannibalism is extended to refer to any species consuming members of its own kind.

The term is further extended outside of biological fields and used in a metaphorical sense, such as in aircraft maintenance when parts are "cannibalized" from an already broken plane in order to fix another plane.

Neanderthals are believed to have practiced cannibalism. Among modern humans it has been practiced by various groups. In the past in Europe, Africa, South America, New Zealand,North America, Australia, Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, New Guinea, India, Sumatra, and Fiji, usually in rituals connected to tribal warfare. Fiji was once known as the 'Cannibal Isles'. Evidence of cannibalism has been found in the Chaco Canyon ruins of the Anasazi culture.

People As Food As The People's Food

People As Food As The People's Food ? Man in general are also beasts, so if animals are edible, so are mankind themselves. Do you know we are going to die soon if all agricultural land is being converted into useless condos and poisons the earth fertility to grow crops. Man will die at almost an instance. Watch out !

Heard of that ... but it was really a weird story how he ended up killing him instead ? Did he want him dead or what ?
