If you want to try surfing ... go to kata beach or karon beach .. They have nice wave . Kamala beach also have nice wave but too many rocks .. Not suitable for beginner .

If you want to pick up Japanese , try kaosan in bbk Japanese couple usually go Phuket for a cheap romantic holiday . Some beautiful Japanese woman even have ugly beachboy as their boyfriend even mutukali see Liao also blur

You can also take a day trip through travel agency to phi phi island . Remember to rent motorbike to cruse around Phuket ... Si bey shoik

Bangtao Beach ,kamala beach ,karon Beach , kata Beach , kata Noi beach , laem Singh beach , Khao beach , Nai Harn beach , Nai Thon beach , Nai Yang beach , patong beach , rawai beach , surin Beach and other small beach . Avoid patong beach at all cost . Nai harn beach is the least crowded and most beautiful beach in Phuket

Come on bro , you are on hoilday . Who cares about getting wet . yes renting a scooter is the best and cheapest way of getting around Phuket . but ride slowly because alot of uphill and downhill .

Welcome to Thailand singham. I lived in Thailand (Bangkok) 7 years and never been to Phuket and Hadyai in my life. Sorry mate but wish you a pleasant stay in Phuket.
