Yes, I am a big fan of ayam goreng or fried chicken.
For me, the best fried chicken is found in the street vendors in along the streets of Bangkok.
The skin is crispy not the battered. The meat is firm yet tender. Dip in thai sweet chilly sauce - heavenly. The drumstick is the best. Nicely done.
Any particular Soi or vendor which serves the best?
