Stanchart is 1 of those that enforce the fresh fund rule I.e matured fd need to be withdrawn and leeturned the next day or else continue banking at a lower rate. People like my uncle of course will take money and fuck off.
UOB is another such bank.
Maybank is half half I.e leepend on which orhweesir some will just close eyes and process it as fresh fund.
