A few years back, i think it was deepavali that fall on a raceday. Half way thru the races, there was a heavy downpour which result all the punters going into the shelter at the STC open gallery. Then when the rain drop to a drizzle, one of the race commerce. The longshot horse ridden S John was leading the rest of the field into the straight, at that moment a keling punter ran to the rail at one end of the gallery, then he ran along the gallery with S John in the rain. He ran out of the gallery and climb onto the retaining rail while S John go pass the winning post. After that, he did those keling coconut tree dance we always see in keling movie. It was hilarious to the rest of punters on the upper tier of the aircon gallery. For the keling, happy for him as his effort in the rain was not in vain as the winning horse payout was huge.
