I think the best solution is not to buy war plane, sub marine, tank, war carrier or any big weapon.

We should built more small and simple weapon with high technology with low budget. Our soldier will not die in any war but the weapon will help to go for the war.

War with bio-chemical, virus, bacteria, atomic, electron, radiation, laser, pest and so on.

Singapore defence policy should be about getting some nuclear missile submarines and aircraft carriers. All these spend most of their times out in the oceans and have not much anti-environment effects on Singapore, and yet can deliver devastating blows to enemies if Singapore is in anyway attacked.
