What do you think of Boomer gen men who wear Polo RL shirt with big logo?

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask—do you think people dress more for personal comfort or to show status? Polo RL with the big logo kind of walks that line, doesn’t it? I’ve seen some older uncles rock that look confidently, but I wonder if younger folks view it differently now or if it’s just become normal across all ages.

I saw a guy wearing one and honestly it made me think of the golf shirt design styles from the 90s—loud logos and all. Some people find it flashy or try-hard, but I think it's just familiar comfort for them. Like, they grew up with that kind of branding as a status thing, so they stick with it. Not my look, but I get it.

I prefer my linen Cotten tee in such hot humid climate

Yes but not quite. When I am at the races or buying 4D, I wear my red one. For good luck. You know why I always need my shirts to have a pocket?

To each, his own.
From spring to late fall, I wear cotton white, light blue, white with blue stripes, burgundy, or pink polo shirt. Nothing fancy nor big brands, just the $10 Old Navy brand, $30 Gap, or $20 Hudsons Bay, when those were on sale.

Old uncles with the big polo RL logos mostly bought them in batam and bintan after their fucking trips.

Very cheap in indonesia

Is it comfortable to wear a 100 per cent polyamide polo shirt in hot and humid Singapore?
At the moment it is sunny and 18C, Sep 01 at 1025 hours, warming to a high of 23C. I am wearing shorts and polo shirt to walk to the gym.
