Any of you android users root your phone. I previously rooted my note and managed to OC the stock cpu and gpu speed but after the update of the OS seems like there's no app that can OC the cpu speed even when i rooted it a 2nd time.



Have not been customizing my phone at all. Have a few paid apps like titanium back up and triangle away.

I use the phone app for making calls and the sms app for sending and receiving text messages. It's the only two apps that I need.

Hopefully your cell phone has a color screen and the screen doesn't just consist of 1 line or 2 lines of pixels.

I am using Juice Defender...find it quite effective...chg overnite...unplug early morning...@45mins of music...maybe 20+ mins surfing/playing around...few calls/sms/watapps...no gaming! as at now...80% left.

Juice Defender doesn't work if u turn on ur phone...play game non stop and expect the batt life to double...

I changed my batteries from the the default ones at 2500mah to anker brand with 2800mah. I also carry a spare battery. Anker brand is pretty good.


A few ways to go about making sure you have enough battery power without sacrificing phone usage. Carry 1 or 2 extra batteries. Use a super large battery, they have batteries with over 5000mah that are thicker than regular ones so your phone will bulge out or carry those batteries with lots of juice around 20k mah in them that can charge laptops too. You will need to buy a cable to connect phone to these batteries. These batteries are huge and i don't think they can fit into the pocket together with a phone. Personally carrying an extra battery in your wallet is the best choice.
