Weird phone call

i sometimes get phone calls from weird numbers..anyone know where are these call coming from?
just got one from +36146.. didnt bother to pick it up.

the call is to my mobile line. not via skype or whatapp. Any idea?

You should answer such calls because its all good news like you winning $5 million in lucky draws. If anything, such calls make you happy for a few seconds..... haha

The try to make miss call. So u will call back and you will be charge high phone call rate.
Just pick up. And they will hang up phone ASAP. But don't call back.
