I am comparing apple to apple,we cannot compared China to Western rich countries standards.

Due to my work,I used to travelled frequently to SE Asia countries and lately I travelled more to China.I did not encounter a single time small corruptions or harrasements by anyone in China compared to so many in SE Asia countries even the more affluent Malaysia's KLIA custom official where my maid was harrased for petty money!

Every developing country will have many social ills as they develops and this is inevitable.Remember China is still a 3rd World country with per capita income still behidn Thailand and Malysia.The achievement in this context is not so bad,bro!

Today,China achieves another great feat where the World Expo is successfully closed!Bravo,China........................................China is growing and growing and abuses is diminishing day by day............................Cheers

A lot of others were involved later on, and with this objective in mind, they formed the communist party. In the years under the corrupted government of Chiang Kai Shek, how did this group of people manage to garner support from people? They did the Long March. Mao started as nobody at the beginning of the March, and ended as a prominent figure at the end of it. Obviously the enormous amount of power he wielded drove him nuts (aren't we seeing something similar here?) later on. As you would know even Zhou En Lai was very unhappy with him.

Thanks for highlighting, but we are well aware of these crazy things that is still happening in China today, such as selling expired food in Carrefour, etc. silencing of opposition elements in politics (not that different from here) selling fake Viagra, etc. Ask everyone here who went to China 10 years ago and compare what it is today - progress is what we see, though still far from perfect.

Do you have a better solution? By setting up a thread to "expose lies of communist china" what do you plan to achieve? How do you plan to contribute to your beloved country? Or are you hegemonist element trying to disrupt the progress in China?

You don't know the true story behind CCP/Mao rise to power in 1949. Stalin/Russians and George Marshall were the only reasons why CCP can win the Chinese civil war. CCP won the rural support after hyperinflation caused China economy to collapse which ruined the middle/lower class. KMT's disastrous monetary policy was masterminded by Ji Chaoding, communist agent inside KMT govt.
