Dear fellow Native Singaporean,
Like many of you, I was hopeful that our leaders will be sensible enough to at least delay the unpopular white paper. However, they choose to ignore our cries even though we are the people who build Singapore and give them the right to rule over us.
This bill will effectively reduce native Singapore to a minority second class citizen in our own motherland in a matter of years. As it is, our universities are already flooded with foreign students at all level, many on scholarship. This state of affair is unimaginable and ridiculous, but that’s what it is.
We have committed a terrible mistake in trusting one man and one party for too long. Nevertheless, we need to reclaim our native citizen rights now. Regardless of how difficult or how long it takes. We will do it and if necessary our children will continue after us.
The road ahead will be hard and treacherous, so be careful and look after one another. We need to stay united and organized. The other side is strong and well equipped. For a start, this is want we can do:
