The answers to the questions are written by the Deputy Director in the ministry, edited by the Director, vetted by the Perm Sec, vetoed by the Parliamentary Sec, checked for speeling misstakes by the Minstar Of State, and then handed over to the Ministar who will read out the answers in parliament. :rolleyes:
