do you all know nowadays per second billing is ONLY applicable after the 60 second block?
meaning to say:
if you make a 5 second outgoing call...you are still billed for 60 seconds
if you make 30 second outgoing call , you are still billed for 60 seconds
if you make 65 second outgoing call , you are billed 65 seconds

no longer the days there is purely per second billing

dont be surprised if you received shocking bill
