Singapore Police Force

SINGAPORE: A 20-year-old Vietnamese man and a 60-year-old Vietnamese woman, believed to be involved in several pickpocketing cases, were arrested on Thursday.

They were caught at about 2.30pm in the vicinity of a shopping mall along Victoria Street, when they were spotted following closely behind a passer-by.

The 60-year-old woman was noted looking into the bag of the passer-by while the man kept watch.

They were detained after the woman extended her right hand into the bag and walked away with her accomplice.

Officers seized four ez-link cards, two mobile phones and three micro SB memory cards that are believed to have been stolen by the duo.

yeah import the criminals....keep the police busy, then they won't have time to spy on CSJ....

but then again, are they untouchable? how many are there?
