Yes I remember him from his workout videos. When I saw the red and yellow banner flag at the road side, I immediately knew he has moved to Bali. So he has become a mystical philosophy guru! Good for him.

He's right it's a form of Vibration it's energy.
It's the same as Tantric Sex when your energy is so high and you feel so directly connected via ying/yang, masculine/feminine cultivated vibration into the state of Oneness.
Then after some time you could also replicate or reproduce that Tantric 'Ecstatic' vibration through contemplation as your body and mind are use to that vibration without physically doing Tantric and you are an Adept. It's a Mastery.
Simple prerequisite are understanding that all are xp and lessons and it's all perfect as it is in totality hence total forgiveness to everything and jaga your health properly like exercise, proper food and be compassionate. Last and not least ofc financially stable.
Don't forget your dna that was conditioned through eons of conditioning hence it takes time but it's doable and once through good health high energy and pureness of heart 赤子之心 you actually can feel it coming as you 'train' towards it.
It's a default thingy all living things are singing in the praise of Life all the time in that vibration of Oneness, except man.
*But it’s actually a blessing because when we transcends back to Oneness through sufferings you gain Wisdoms along with it.
Then you become Hu-man (Hu : Light) Ye children of Light/Love.
