Of all the TV commercials I've seen around the world, most of the best are produced by Thai TV, that I have to say and give it to them. Most of the worst are by US and HK, no depth addressing audience and consumers like mindless childish kids. Singapore TV, well, somewhere in between.

No lah, just find their advertisement innovative. When I first watched it, I did not expect it to be a commercial, let alone a hair shampoo commercial. Their advertisement can put some Singapore advertisement to shame

Of all the TV commercials I've seen around the world, most of the best are produced by Thai TV, that I have to say and give it to them. Most of the worst are by US and HK, no depth addressing audience and consumers like mindless childish kids. Singapore TV, well, somewhere in between.

I agree that the Thai ones are often deliberately go an extra mile to design something people can proudly say that they are good. How about the Japanese ones ? I personally think that the Japanese do have good ones too.

Yes, Japanese are very good with emotional advertising. That's Taiwanese and Korean traits too. Guess they're influenced sinced Japanese colonial days, just like Sinagaporeans are still influenced by British colonial days.

Some ads are the "hit the nail on the head" type - educational or informative type. They carry the message directly to consumer at large. Yes, you will also notice that the Thai ones are dramatic or emotional too.

Almost all Singapore ads lacking creativity. The yearly awards are a joke here.
