I think I better limit to 3 per day

No, don't do that.

This Havard doctor ate 24 eggs every day, ie. 720 eggs every month, then tested his blood, his bad cholesterol actually decreased and his good cholesterol went up.

I asked AI,
A bit risky to do that
AI also said this is a single case only

If you are spiritually evolved, you can get some nourishment from inhaling the smoke of a lit joss stick.

You will still need to eat normal food, since you are still in a human body.

Eat all food in moderation.
Even though eggs are considered cheap food and loaded with protein and vitamin and I love eggs

But a bit risky

Harvard doctor study is real one but only has 1 single human case

You're missing the point.

If he can eat 24 eggs every day with no adverse effects (even improved his blood cholesterol levels), you're silly to worry about eating only 4 eggs a day. Other than him, there are many other people who eat more than 10 eggs a day for many years with no health problems.

You're welcome.

I think I need to go to polyclinic to do blood test.

High cholesterol problem is caused by an underlying metabolic and/or liver problem. If your diet contains enough healthy cholesterol (eg. from eggs), your ilver will produce less cholesterol. That's why the guy who ate many eggs had lower cholesterol in the blood. Blood cholesterol is mainly produced by the liver, not from diet.

If your blood test shows high cholesterol, it doesn't mean you eat too many eggs, it means you have an underlying metabolic and/or liver problem. Your doctor (like 99% of doctors) will definitely want to prescribe you statins, which lowers blood cholesterol very effectively but causes other problems (including a significantly increased risk of diabetes). If your doctor asks you to take statins, before you agree, do your own research for alternatives and/or ask me for advice here.

Cardiologist Dr Ali strongly advises you to never take any statins, wach his video to understand his perspective:

Like that, if u run or walk 45 mins a day (purely exercise and exclude normal walking), minimise pork and fried food, eat roll oats on weekends and don’t eat sweets and junk food and process meat

Does that mean I can continue to eat 4 hard boiled eggs or half boiled eggs a day ?

Yes, definitely can. Eggs are very good for health, regardless of your blood cholesterol levels.
