Decided to try this place. Fratelli. It serves pizzas but the valentine's day menu had no pizza which was great. 5 course meal.
The ambience of the place. A bit too brightly lit for a romantic atmosphere
some small appetizer. Think it's some potato mixed with radish.
starters are some bread
Red Prawn “Mazara del vallo”
Next is the Foie Gras Port Wine Gel & Mandarin Espuma
Number 3 is Carnaroli Risotto
Here comes the main course
Beef Short Ribs which were braised and hence stewed for a long time and not cooked like regular steaks
The other one was better. The Seabream which had Caviar, Chanmpagne Sauce, Baby Vegetable
The last dish dessert the Peach Mousse Bavarese. It was ok and pretty creamy like most desserts pretty sweet.
Afterwards it's to watch the fountain show at the main foyer area
