Fortunately NUS still can be at 34th place. I suspect NTU is lowering their entry requirements into their first degree and master's programme, with the huge application from the world. Third world countries would view NTU with high ratings, because it is in Singapore, and Singapore is considered a first world country... I think because NTU wants to attract students all over the world and that it has large vacancies in their engineering faculties, they had resorted to open the Pandora's box and hoards of international students flock here for the taking....

This is bad. It's starting to make my paper qualification looks bad. It's ain't easy to get into University in my times. I dread the day my cert becomes worthless :o
