no matter how he go comprain or file report to the government .... end of the day, UK Police Dept can simply use OUTCOME 22 to give the rapists a punishment like sending them home or to library attend a reformative education program to close the criminal case. so muslim or non-muslim men can now go UK experience how to legally go around try "lape" any UK or foreign chiobus now in UK boundaries.
