U are not making sense at all. Do u know how much investment state own and private chinese companies have in Vietnam and Philippines? Billions of dollars. Many chinese companies, for example, move their factories to Vietnam due to lower labour costs. If china want to fuck around. they will find that their investments in these 2 countries will be nationalized overnight as compensation for stealing south china seas from these 2 countries. do you know how much investment vietnam and philippines have in china? A used cruise vessel can easily be converted into a hospital ship plus create employment to locals from rebuilding and converting the ship, redesigning it, maintaining and deploying it.

All the countries you quoted are not surrounded nor neighbours with moslem countries who are larger or have stronger military forces.

Greece, Cyprus and Armenia are neighbours with moslem turkey. turkey routinely raids or invades their lands, even in modern times.
