台北醫院護理之家今天發生火警，造成多人傷亡。醫師表示，火災發生時產生無色無味的一氧化碳，大量吸入恐在幾分鐘內缺氧死亡，因此逃命時關門阻擋火勢和濃煙是救命關鍵。
衛生福利部台北醫院護理之家今天凌晨發生火警，警消表示，起火病房7A23房內有4名病患及一名外勞，火警時都被救出，但離開病房時疑沒關門，導致火煙竄出延燒到其他空間，目前共造成9人死亡、10人重傷、6人輕傷。
有媒體報導指出，這次火災疑似是電動床馬達故障起火，也有可能是手機充電設備所致。
台大醫院急診醫學部主治醫師石富元接受中央社記者電訪時表示，只要是電器都有可能起火，但短短時間內火勢竟然大到無法撲滅，進展太快，坦言「有點匪夷所思」，但確切情形仍得由警消進一步調查才能得知。
「在火災現場，煙比火更要命」，石富元說，火災時因燃燒不完全，會產生無色無味的一氧化碳氣體，無法靠濕毛巾或防煙面罩過濾，一旦吸進體內，一氧化碳就會和血液中的血紅素結合，血紅素無法攜帶氧氣就會導致人體缺氧，可能在短短幾分鐘內死亡。
火煙蔓延的速度非常快，水平一秒超過1公尺，跟成人快步行走速度差不多，濃煙垂直往上竄的速度更快，每秒可達3到5公尺，人爬樓梯的速度根本跟不上，因此若是躲進樓梯間，建議先關門阻擋火煙並往下跑逃生。
他也強調，當機構發生火災，除了要先把臥床者、病人搬出來，趕緊關門阻擋濃煙與火勢更是救命關鍵，躲到其他房間後也務必關門，只要能延緩吸入一氧化碳和火煙影響，生存機會就能大大提高。（中央社）

賴清德說，新莊台北醫院護理之家發生大火，造成多人傷亡，他代表行政院向病人、家屬以及社會大眾道歉，同時也感謝新北市消防局、警、義、消第一時間便將火勢撲滅，避免災情擴大。
賴清德指出，已要求衛福部成立應變小組，因部長陳時中出國代表台灣出席APEC相關會議，召集人先由次長薛瑞元擔任，要解決以下幾件重要事情。
賴清德表示，一定要妥善安置受影響的病人，不管是留在醫院本身或是轉往其他醫院治療，所有病人的醫療都不可以中斷，避免影響他們的健康；第二，也要全院總動員，必要的話尋求衛福部或行政院相關部會的協助，儘速恢復醫院的功能，特別是開刀房、急診及加護病房等救命的單位，一定要迅速恢復。
賴清德也說，要檢討整個原因，避免類似情況產生，同時他已經要求衛福部把這次教訓，在全國各大醫院裡面作為借鏡，要加強醫院本身的自主防災能力，萬一如果有類似情況產生，才有辦法將影響降至最低。（中央社）

衛生福利部台北醫院護理之家今天發生火災，造成9人死亡、16人受傷。綜觀過去10年，全台醫院、安養機構發生的火災事件就有9件之多，至少奪走37條寶貴性命。
許多機構明明評鑑優等、消防安檢也過關，為何火災發生時仍舊造成這麼多人死傷，台大醫院急診醫學部主治醫師石富元接受記者電訪時表示，他認為法規、硬體設備是最大關鍵。
石富元說，台灣已經邁入高齡社會，老人家、長期臥床、依賴維生設備者愈來愈多，但現行的消防法規仍停留在民國80年代，有必要與時俱進、重新檢討，尤其醫療照護機構有其特殊性，不應和百貨公司、餐廳使用同一套法規。
他解釋，住在安養機構的受照顧者，大多是行動不便的老人家，若消防法規再不檢討，即便機構評鑑優等、消防安檢都通過，一旦火災發生還是無法及時逃生救命，政府應考量照護機構人員特性來做調整。
硬體方面，應落實建置火警探測器，所有空間都應該有此配置，才能在三更半夜發生火災時，及時把人叫醒、把握救命時機，同時也應保持逃生路線暢通、嚴格控管易燃物、雜物、酒精類等可能火源，才能避免憾事發生。（編輯：陳怡璇）1070813

新北市新莊衛福部臺北醫院今凌晨7樓傳火警，造成24人輕、重傷送醫，目前計9人死亡，部分嚴重吸入性嗆傷仍在加護病房，尚未脫險。一名6樓氣切陳爺爺家屬表示，除了7樓，6樓及8樓都受到濃煙波及，她受過醫護相關訓練，想先帶父親疏散，卻被當場醫護說，先待在病房，她認為不妥，先帶父親從電梯逃離現場。
該陳姓爺爺被送往新北市立板橋醫院，陳姓家屬表示，父親是氣切住在6樓的住院病房，由於剛開刀，她半夜不敢睡，火災發生時她清醒著，先是聽到廣播，約10分鐘後，濃煙從7樓竄下來，她有醫護相關訓練，驚覺待著只會被嗆傷甚至死亡，要帶父親疏散，不過6樓的醫護卻先要他們待在病房。
陳小姐立刻反應「我不待」，給父親戴面罩後，就推著父親離開，好險當時還有電梯。她表示，安全送父親到樓下後，由於樓上還有很多人，她又隨即跑上樓救人，後來怕電梯停電，她是背著樓上阿嬤下來。陳小姐說「樓上更慘，8樓以上下來的人臉部都全黑，她也是整個鼻口都黑了。
陳小姐說，她受過訓練，當下其實不會怕，但當下醫護可能沒經驗，怕大家慌了，先要大家不動。陳小姐表示，她當下就是認為要先逃。她還說，其實父親可以在樓下等6樓濃煙散了，不用送來板橋，現在接獲通知可以回去。

衛生福利部台北醫院護理之家今天發生火災，造成9人死亡、16人受傷。綜觀過去10年，全台醫院、安養機構發生的火災事件就有9件之多，至少奪走37條寶貴性命。
許多機構明明評鑑優等、消防安檢也過關，為何火災發生時仍舊造成這麼多人死傷，台大醫院急診醫學部主治醫師石富元接受記者電訪時表示，他認為法規、硬體設備是最大關鍵。
石富元說，台灣已經邁入高齡社會，老人家、長期臥床、依賴維生設備者愈來愈多，但現行的消防法規仍停留在民國80年代，有必要與時俱進、重新檢討，尤其醫療照護機構有其特殊性，不應和百貨公司、餐廳使用同一套法規。
他解釋，住在安養機構的受照顧者，大多是行動不便的老人家，若消防法規再不檢討，即便機構評鑑優等、消防安檢都通過，一旦火災發生還是無法及時逃生救命，政府應考量照護機構人員特性來做調整。
硬體方面，應落實建置火警探測器，所有空間都應該有此配置，才能在三更半夜發生火災時，及時把人叫醒、把握救命時機，同時也應保持逃生路線暢通、嚴格控管易燃物、雜物、酒精類等可能火源，才能避免憾事發生。（編輯：陳怡璇）1070813

新北市新莊衛福部臺北醫院今凌晨7樓傳火警，造成24人輕、重傷送醫，目前計9人死亡，部分嚴重吸入性嗆傷仍在加護病房，尚未脫險。一名6樓氣切陳爺爺家屬表示，除了7樓，6樓及8樓都受到濃煙波及，她受過醫護相關訓練，想先帶父親疏散，卻被當場醫護說，先待在病房，她認為不妥，先帶父親從電梯逃離現場。
該陳姓爺爺被送往新北市立板橋醫院，陳姓家屬表示，父親是氣切住在6樓的住院病房，由於剛開刀，她半夜不敢睡，火災發生時她清醒著，先是聽到廣播，約10分鐘後，濃煙從7樓竄下來，她有醫護相關訓練，驚覺待著只會被嗆傷甚至死亡，要帶父親疏散，不過6樓的醫護卻先要他們待在病房。
陳小姐立刻反應「我不待」，給父親戴面罩後，就推著父親離開，好險當時還有電梯。她表示，安全送父親到樓下後，由於樓上還有很多人，她又隨即跑上樓救人，後來怕電梯停電，她是背著樓上阿嬤下來。陳小姐說「樓上更慘，8樓以上下來的人臉部都全黑，她也是整個鼻口都黑了。
陳小姐說，她受過訓練，當下其實不會怕，但當下醫護可能沒經驗，怕大家慌了，先要大家不動。陳小姐表示，她當下就是認為要先逃。她還說，其實父親可以在樓下等6樓濃煙散了，不用送來板橋，現在接獲通知可以回去。
