海軍敦睦艦隊24人確診新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19，俗稱武漢肺炎），與該起案件相關的各縣市緊急進行疫調。台中市政府今日公布有3名確診者，接觸者共22人，其中，中市府共60名員工因與居家隔離者同辦公室，即日起須自我健康管理。
台中市政府衛生局今天傍晚召開記者會，局長曾梓展說明，敦睦艦隊染疫官兵中，台中市有3名確診者，接觸者共有22人，包含官兵的家人、女友、診所人員等。市府表示，其中有1人為市府政風處同仁，現均居家隔離中，市府有60名員工因與居家隔離者同辦公室，即日起居家自我健康管理。
台中市政府衛生局表示，3名確診者足跡遍及新竹風景區、苗栗賣場、台中沙鹿大賣場、餐廳、飲料店、診所等。
其中1名確診者曾和友人到沙鹿露天咖啡廳喝飲料，但他到沙鹿大賣場、在外買飲料時，全程都有戴口罩。
另外，有一名確診者則到過雲林外婆家，回龍井區家中後，曾出現喉嚨痛症狀到診所就醫，又到沙鹿餐廳用餐。後來他又到苗栗的女友家，並和女友家人到新竹風景區遊玩。除此之外，他還到過苗栗賣場，不過有戴口罩。
中市府環保局在傍晚5時30分，已完成一家餐廳、2家飲料店、一間賣場的消毒，後續將持續配合完成消毒工作。

24 people in the Navy Dunmu Fleet were diagnosed with new coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19, commonly known as Wuhan pneumonia), and the counties and cities involved in the case urgently conducted epidemic investigations. The Taichung City Government announced today that there are 3 diagnosed persons and 22 contacts. Among them, 60 employees in the city government have been required to self-administer their own health from the same day because they are in the same office as the home segregators.

【台灣醒報記者章文報導】關於敦睦艦隊有24人染疫，蔡英文總統19日下午發表三點聲明深表遺憾，她提醒國軍也要向社會致歉、承擔應有的責任，並徹底檢討防疫管理作為；針對已造成防疫缺口，一定要坦誠以對，絕不可以再有任何疏漏。這不但攸關國內疫情的管控，也關乎社會對國軍的信任。至於參謀總長黃曙光16日到總統府開會一事，均有做好社交距離。


國軍應致歉

總統在聲明中指出：一、防疫視同作戰，國軍的責任是保護國家與國人，更應保持最高度警覺。此次敦睦艦隊集體染疫，造成社會大眾疑慮，總統表示遺憾。國軍除了表達向社會致歉、願承擔應有的責任外，更應該以此為鑑，徹底檢討防疫管理作為。

二、國軍除了應該全力配合指揮中心的疫調之外，國防部調查小組也應該詳細釐清過程，既然已造成防疫缺口，就要坦誠以對，絕不可以再有任何疏漏。這不但攸關國內疫情的管控，也關乎社會對國軍的信任，沒有絲毫鬆懈的空間。


坦誠面對防疫缺口

三、所有涉及的國軍人員，必須嚴格遵守疫情指揮中心的指引與規定，做好個人的隔離或健康管理措施，也請軍方和醫療體系全力照顧染疫官兵，務必做好國軍的整體健康與戰力維繫。

至於媒體詢問總統於4月15日後，是否曾與參謀總長黃曙光會面一事，總統府說明：黃總長曾於4月16日赴官邸參加例行會議，惟當日會議之座位皆間隔1.5公尺以上社交距離，與會人員並全程配戴口罩，事先量測體溫，進行手部及鞋子消毒，會議場所及設備更高頻次進行消毒作業。


總統府防疫從嚴

總統府表示，為因應防疫必要，總統相關會議的防疫部署，都依照中央流行疫情指揮中心專業指導，從嚴安排。

此外，總統府在與中央流行疫情指揮中心討論後，指揮中心研判風險雖然相對較低，但為求慎重，將請醫療團隊更嚴密關注總統的日常健康狀況。

國軍敦睦艦隊昨天爆3例確診，今天又新增21例與敦睦艦隊確診案例。根據疫情調查，敦睦艦隊於今年3月12日至15日停靠帛琉，離開帛琉後於公海航行近30天，4月15日自台灣左營軍港下船。據了解其中8名確診個案在高雄，高雄市長韓國瑜今天公布他們去過的7處足跡熱點，包括漢神巨蛋（海港餐廳、添好運、cafe del sol）、瑞豐夜市、義大商城、家樂福鼎山店、好事多大順店、四維羽球場及小港郵局。高雄市府也急封好市多等7處，並消毒停業1天！



根據疾管署新聞稿，今日公布國內新增22例武漢肺炎確定病例（案399至420）；其中21例為磐石軍艦實習生及軍人，為19男2女，年齡介於20多歲至40多歲，發病日介於4月14日至18日，感染源待釐清；相關接觸者疫調中。

指揮中心進一步指出，目前3艘軍艦官兵及學生共計744人（含3艘軍艦留守人），均已完成採檢，共計有24位確診個案於醫院隔離治療中；昨晚已針對上述人員發送關懷簡訊，及今日針對相關接觸者發送簡訊，提醒須自主健康管理，若有不適，請撥打1922專線。其餘人員已安置於6個集中檢疫所及1個軍營進行集中檢疫；截至目前，目前健康情形良好，持續於集中檢疫所密切健康監測。
