would you stay in a job that gives you around 12-15k per month but NO time for personal life and family?

Been in this Sales job overseeing a chain of retail sales. Work 6 full days a week, long hours and even on days off, will get calls and emails to answer.

It's been almost 5 years in this high pressure numbers driven enviornment and it's making me wonder if it is still worth it. Many of my peers and subordinates have left due to the inbalance and turnover is super high.

Question now is whether should i continue to have NO life but good income or to slow down and give myself some time.

Afraid of changing job but can't get such salary - that's the thing that kept me clinging on to this job. Knn, really loss and Sianzzz liao..

That depends on how ol you are and how much savings you already have.

If I hit late 30s or 40s and have a 6 digit savings, I would concentrate on my personal life.

And slow down the pace a bit, enjoy life, get married.

bro, thanks for sharing. I'm 40years old now and have little liquid cash (tied in investment) that's why not so gung ho to quit and find something else in case can't find good paying job.

Someone once told me it's either you have a job i.e money$$ & no free time, or lots of free time & no money i.e. no job :D

In Spore it's very difficult to have a balanced life. At your age you will probably be replaced eventually & unless you have something more pressing like a family life or health problems, might as well stay in your current job. After all there's not much else to do in Spore
