In view of certain ‘reliable information’ which TR Emeritus (TRE) has received, please be informed that we will be performing a full upgrade of TRE website in the coming week to better handle the expected spike in traffic.

The upgrade will include deployment of a new load-balancing server, complete upgrading of the existing servers’ OS and Software, replacement of the outdated codes for our theme with re-coded version, upgrading WordPress and all its accompanying widgets and plugins.

Although a temporary server will be deployed during this period, TRE’s website may occasionally be inaccessible to some readers due to propagation issues. However, email server is not being upgraded and will remain fully operational.

Since this is the most complicated upgrading ever undertaken by our in-house techie (being an IT rookie), the upgrading may not be successful and TRE may end up being accidentally formatted beyond recovery, readers are advised to consider visiting REACH or the no-holds-barred fuckwarezone should that happens (tic).
